Fukuoka - Mizutaki!

I went to eat Mizutaki, a famous Nabe food in Fukuoka, last Thursday, November 8th. Fukuoka is famous for Motsu Nabe or Mizutaki, which were both born in Fukuoka. So I thought I wanted to eat either of them. But, you know, Nabe is not good for a person to go for eating.

I could eat very good Mizutaki at a restaurant where Mizutaki was born. During the meal, people drink the soul three times, which varies according the progress, effected by the ingredient.
