Tomorrow's events

Let's organize what I will do tomorrow to make it better.

First, I have to confirm about the cell phone matter, which means whether he solved the problem or not. Second, we need to explain the WebSphere demonstration matter to the customer the first morning. After that, we will have a planned session regarding order and order management.

I've read Use Case documents that James and offshore people made in advance regarding LE system. Plus, I've also researched the actual system in Japan as well as in US and in UK. So, if I can get the job done well regarding leading the meeting, it would be okay.

Rather, I have to plan to get the next job. I have to be familiar with DB2 and WebSphere completely. As well as I have to get the knowledge regarding Java and J2EE thoroughly. I'm a project manager and also an system architect. So, I'm now install DB2 to my PC.

The fun time is just beginning.

Today's events

I got up lately today. It was at nearly 11 o'clock! Well, I don't need to go to work in the morning. It's due to the customer's reason. Anyway, I slept a lot and saved energy and I left my home for the battle field.

I have two things to talk to my Indian colleague today. First, I cannot lend my corporate cell phone to him anymore, because of my company's policy. So, I have to arrange that he can borrow a rental cell phone from a rental company. It's a tiresome matter, but since I am a project coordinator, I have to do that.

Second one is that I think we need to clarify how to proceed our project regarding project management matters. This concern consists of there parts: how to manage enhancement requirements, how to manage this project management, and how to proceed daily sessions practically.

Note: Enhancement requirements means requirements that they don't have currently, but they want to have in the future.

Thank you,

PS
It's very important to note my daily events and thoughts on this blog. Of course, as well as I need to practice my English using TOEIC materials.

blog - I think I can do that

I saw Forest Gump today and yesterday. The simple and unaffected life makes me thinkable. What can I do?

That's it.

Let's get started!

Now is the very important time for me. I have to prepare for the coming sessions regarding e-Commerce project. I have to manage the project completely as a professional project manager. I have to manage the meetings perfectly as a billingual consulant. I have to satisfy the customer's needs. I have to be a professional on business side as well as on technical aspects.

I have to make it better. I have to comunicate with the Indian guy efficiently, not violently. I have to be familiar with e-Commerce matters and an apparel industry. I have to focus on my short-term tasks as well as my long-term goals. I have to get up early and quickly to keep my brain sharp. I have to rock-climb at least once a week to make my body strong to make my brain quick.

I feel energetic in myself. I can do that. I can do what I can imagine I can do that. I am a realizer. I am a kind of dreamer. I am a practitioner. I am an engineer, strict engineer. I think I keep using my time in the early phase to be effective on my project. I sometimes will lead my collegue to make my project successful. I need success. I want a great success. I'm eager for that.

Thank you,

blog - Long time no see!

It's been a long time since I wrote something in this blog. It's because I've been stuck in my current job, and I've felt fun to write my Japanese blog.

This two months are awesome! I joined a new company, that's a foreign company, and I struggled in the English environment.

That's was a brilliant memory. I even leaded the internal meetings, and had a argument with Indian people. That's what I never get anywhere else.

And surprisingly, I would be assigned to a new project. That's a project that build the e-Commerce system of a customer. That would use WebSphere Commerce Server.

I was assigned to the project as a project manager. That's a challenging thing. I am really enthusiastic about that. I'm really in the new phase.

Thank you,
